At Heizelemente Industrie Maxiwatt, we apply the following European Directives in our heater design and production system:

  • UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 "standard on quality management systems".
  • Decision No. 768/2008/EC "on the marketing of products".
  • Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) "on restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".
  • Directive 2014/35/EU "on the marketing of electrical equipment.
  • Decision No. 2023/2723/EU "on the rules applicable to electrical equipment drawn up in support of Directive 2014/35/EU".
  • Directive 2006/42/EC "on machinery."
  • Delegated Directive 2015/863/EU "on restricted substances."
  • Regulation 2023/988/EU "on general product safety".

Additionally, upon customer request, we also apply UL and CSA regulations for the US and Canadian markets.
